At Ekehöjd, privacy is a product requirement, not a business trade-off. We collect and process personal data only when it is needed to provide, secure, support, or improve the software people choose to use.

We do not sell user data. We do not sell it to advertisers, data brokers, analytics networks, or other third parties, and we do not trade it for advertising revenue.

We keep personal data private to the maximum extent reasonably possible. Access is limited to people and systems that need it for a legitimate operational purpose, and data should be retained only for as long as it is needed or legally required.

If we use service providers, such as hosting, storage, payment, support, or security providers, they may process data only to help deliver the relevant service and under confidentiality and data protection obligations. If a product needs to share data with a user-chosen integration, we will make that clear in the product context.

We aim to design our applications around data minimisation: collect less, keep less, expose less, and make privacy-preserving defaults the normal path.

This statement is our baseline. Product-specific privacy notices may add detail, but they should not weaken this commitment.
